ABBA To Reissue Studio Albums On Coloured Vinyl

Swedish pop legends ABBA will release their eight studio albums on coloured vinyl as a collectors box set for the first time.

Titled ABBA: The Studio Albums, the box set will be released via UMC/Polydor with the eight studio albums housed on 180g vinyl, each on different coloured vinyl and featuring the original artwork. There was a previously released box set in 2014 which included all black vinyl copies and is now out of print, so this is your best chance to have all the albums together in one set.

ABBA shot to global fame after winning the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest, paving the way for their meteoric rise to becoming one of the most successful pop groups of all time. With major hits such as Waterloo, Mamma Mia, Thank You For The Music, and Dancing Queen, the music has spawned singalong movies, broadway shows and countless covers.

The box set is due for release on 3rd July 2020 and you can pre-order from outlets such as Amazon, The SDE Shop or The Sound Of Vinyl. It’s currently sold out at a few online shops so best to get in there quickly if you’re interested.
